and kaizen program for a biotech company located north
of Los Angeles, CA. EMS consultants
trained a small team and facilitated the development of a new process for package insert implementations. The implementation involved
changes to the manufacturing process as well as changes to the ECO
(engineering change order) workflow. The lead time
improvement was 64% (from 28 weeks to 10 weeks).
