David McBride is an internationally recognized lecturer, author, and consultant. As co-founder of EMS Consulting Group, Mr. McBride has a successful track record in the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Design for Manufacturability, and FMEA programs at several organizations. He has worked in the medical, semiconductor, aerospace, consumer products, and industrial products industries as a technical professional, project manager, and consultant.
Mr. McBride has been published in several on-line publications and has authored the book Roadmap to a Lean Enterprise: Implementing Lean Manufacturing. David has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio State University.
