Description:
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification program will equip participants with the technical and team leadership and facilitation skills to lead Lean Six Sigma projects using the DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) methodology. The program includes six days of instructor-led training plus self-paced online training. The most interactive and complex elements of the program have been packaged into the 6 days of instructor-led training while the "lecture" portion is accessible online. The program combines all of the benefits of interactive instructor-led training with the convenience of online training and minimized travel cost.
