All sessions will take place at the Doubletree Club Hotel Orange County Airport in Santa Ana, CA. The lean manufacturing certification program is $2695 per person; the lean office program is $1595 per person. Single-day workshops are now available for online registration as well. Lean Presentations

At the Signage and Graphics Summit in San Diego last week, EMS made 2 presentations, and we are happy to provide both of them to you.

The first presentation is entitled "Lean in a Lean Economy." This presentation talks about the need to become lean today, the benefits, implementation steps, and keys to success. The second presentation talks about using lean principles to bring orders to production faster; it talks about the value stream mapping process as it applies to the pre-production process and includes a brief case study.
