Total Productive Maintenance

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a program that helps us improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which measures quality, performance, and availability of equipment.  TPM is a team concept that brings together maintenance, operations, and engineering personnel.

This month's edition features three articles that should help you understand more about TPM.  Firstly, we give an overview of TPM  Our second article talks about implementing TPM.  In our third article, we talk about Toyota's approach to TPM.

The materials referenced in this newsletter will teach you more about implementing lean.  If you would like to learn more, feel free to call us at 866-559-5598 or visit our website and click on "Contact Us."
