Flow and Pull

In their book Lean Thinking, Womack and Jones identify 5 key principles of lean: Specify Value, Identify the Value Stream, Create Flow, Let the Customer Pull, and Seek Perfection.  We are covering two of those principles, flow and pull, in this month's newsletter.

This month's edition features three articles that should help you understand more about these principles.  Firstly, we offer a new article that covers one piece flow implementation.  Our second article talks about pull systems.  In our third article, we talk about heijunka, which is important to applying both principles.

The materials referenced in this newsletter will teach you more about implementing lean.  If you would like to learn more, feel free to call us at 866-559-5598 or visit our website and click on "Contact Us."
