Implementing Lean

Last month we covered one of the most important tools to implement improvements, the kaizen event. This month we will cover some of the key tools that are used in process kaizen: Standardized Work, Quick Changeover, and Total Productive Maintenance.

This month we feature three articles that should help you understand more about standardized work, quick changeover, and total productive maintenance. Firstly, we give you an article that discusses standardized work. Our next article covers the basics of total productive maintenance. In our third article, we talk about implementing quick changeover.
