Featured Topic: Improvement Kata and Lean

We've covered Mike Rother's groundbreaking book, Toyota Kata: Managing People for Improvement, Adaptiveness and Superior Results, in the recent past.  We want to revisit this topic again this month, and include some resources and a few videos we've created relating to this topic.  The Improvement kata should not be viewed as a separate concept or a tool within lean.  Rather it should be viewed as the primary means of making improvements happen in the gemba. View our videos, read our overview article below, and visit Mike Rother's website to learn much more.
