Value Stream Mapping

Last month, we talked about using creating an environment for continuous improvement. This month we will talk about a key methodology for identifying the right improvements- Value Stream Mapping. Value Stream Mapping, a technique developed by Toyota and known to them as Material and Information Flow Mapping, is one of the most important methodologies for successful lean transformation.
