Lean Culture

Creating a "lean culture" is often the most difficult part of implementing lean.  Many organizations tend to embrace the technical tools of lean while ignoring or de-emphasizing the "soft" side.  The truth, however, is that in order to successfully implement lean, a lean culture is a foundational must.

This month we feature three articles that should help you understand more about lean culture.  Firstly, we give you a discussion on developing a foundation for lean implementation.  In our second article, we talk about how to properly create a lean culture.  Our third article talks about Toyota's culture.

The materials referenced in this newsletter will teach you more about the importance of creating a lean culture.  If the articles, links, and books to the left have piqued your interest and you would like to learn more, feel free to call us at 866-559-5598 or visit our website and click on "Contact Us."
