Problem Solving and PDCA

Last month, we talked about lean and six sigma for continuous improvement. In this month's edition, we will talk about the lean methods for problem solving. While Six Sigma utilizes DMAIC, lean companies most often utilize PDCA.

This month we feature three articles about problem solving. First, we'll cover the PDCA cycle and A3 reporting. Next, we talk about creating a problem solving culture. Finally, we talk about some basic tools of problem solving.
