Operational Excellence in 2012: Healthcare and Manufacturing

The economy hasn't changed much over the past few years; in the U.S., it isn't very good by any measure.  Unemployment remains high and growth is anemic.  The end of the year is a good time to talk about pursuing operational excellence in the new year.
