Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will only be issued more than 30 days prior to a training event. No refunds will be allowed less than 30 days prior to the event. Those who call to cancel less than 30 days prior will receive credit good towards a future workshop. "No-shows" will not receive a refund. For the lean certificate candidates, refunds will not be issued less than 30 days prior to the first class meeting. No partial refunds will be allowed.
