Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (Virtual Live)

Our virtual Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt program is designed for problem solvers and project team members in manufacturing, service, and healthcare organizations. Designed to meet the most current challenges facing organizations today, this program will provide participants with people and technical skills needed to contribute to Lean Six Sigma projects and improvement efforts.
The program includes 3 weeks of interactive, instructor-led sessions plus self-paced online training and homework assignments in between sessions. You will gain a working knowledge of the basic tools of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) process. Certification requires the completion of a test . This program results in a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt designation. The program is accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification.
