Lean Practitioner Training

photo

The Lean Practitioner training program includes all of the training that the lean  certification program includes; however,it does not require a project and hence does not result in the Certified Lean Practitioner designation. The format includes audio-visual presentation, case studies / readings, direct application of the concepts through projects for enhanced learning, and test completion. And, like our classroom version, students will have the ability to contact the instructor with questions, requests for feedback on ideas and case exercises, and advice on projects.

The program is self-paced and up to 1 year is allotted to complete it. Upon completion of the program (including a final test), students will receive an electronic certificate of completion.  We can combine any of our programs with additional virtual live coaching sessions.  Contact us for details and a quote.

Instructor: Darren Dolcemascolo

Price: $599 (Discounted pricing is available for groups. Contact us).

Additional Cost for Materials: $20-$35 for purchase of Toyota Way Fieldbook (for recommended readings - not required).
