Q: How do I register for a public
workshop in Orange County?
A: The vast majority of our attendees register online. Visit

Q: How long has EMS Consulting Group,
Inc. been offering lean certification and training to the public?
A: Since 2003. To view a representative list of clients and

Q: What is the pricing for our public or
online training? Are discounts available?
A: Online training pricing is on our

Q: What is your refund policy for public
workshops?

Q: How does the online training work?
Is there a schedule?
A: All of the online training is self-paced. You can work on
it at any time, and it is generally available 24 hours a day 7 days
per week.
Q: How are your certification programs
different from others we see offered?
A: Our programs, whether online or instructor led, allow for
interaction/access to the instructor. The instructors are
highly experienced (Master Black Belt level) in lean/TPS and lean
six sigma. Most other online programs do not even have an
instructor. Our program is also aimed at educating- not simply
giving a certificate for a price.
Q: What is your pricing for consulting
services or on-site training?
A: All of our on-site services are priced per project/job. We
would be happy to provide a proposal for you. Please

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: EMS Consulting Group, Inc. was founded in 2003.
Q: What is involved in completing the
certification program and from whom is the certification?
A: The certification is from EMS Consulting Group, Inc. It is
a one time certification, and it does not require renewal. We
do maintain records and can provide verification of certification to
employers. Certification programs require completion of
coursework, passing a test (for all online programs), and completing
a project (for most programs).
