Lean Manufacturing Certification (Instructor Led): Certified Lean Practitioner

Since 2003, EMS Consulting Group, Inc. has offered its Lean Manufacturing Certification program. The program consists of 8 full-day sessions delivered over a 4 month period (2 consecutive days per month).  We are offering our next instructor-led Lean Certification training program in August, 2012. This program will take place at the Doubletree Club Hotel Orange County Airport in Santa Ana.   The lead instructor will be  EMS Consulting Group, Inc. Description:

The Lean Manufacturing Certification program will equip participants with targeted technical and facilitation/team leadership competencies in lean manufacturing.  The program includes seven days of instructor-led training plus a final full-day session during which participants will present their projects.  Participants will learn how to apply each of the principles and tools of lean including Value Stream Mapping for both manufacturing and business processes, Continuous Flow Manufacturing Cells, Lean Production Control, Level Pull Production, kanban and pull systems, 5S, quick changeover, TPM, problem solving methods, and kaizen events. Certification requires the completion of a lean manufacturing project to reinforce the learning and achieve real results.   Upon completion of the program, students will receive a lean manufacturing certificate (Certified Lean Practitioner).
