Toyota's Recalls and the Future of Lean

Last year at this time, Toyota's recalls, primarily related to acceleration problems, were dominating the news.  At that time, we examined the principles of lean and the Toyota Way to determine the impact this situation would have on the future of lean.  Many were accusing Toyota of covering up problems, which goes against many of its key principles.  One year later, Toyota is looking much better. In this month's newsletter, we feature a brief article addressing this topic.

The materials referenced in this newsletter will teach you more about lean and six sigma.  If you would like to learn more, feel free to call us at 866-559-5598 or visit our website and click on "Contact Us."
