Lean Training Online

We offer both virtual live and self-paced online Lean training.

For those who cannot attend classroom training programs or hold on-site training due to cost or time constraints, our virtual live and self-paced online training provide an excellent medium for learning. The self-paced e-learning below is based on our instructor-led equivalent programs, and each program provides flexible 24/7 accessibility. One-on-one coaching sessions are available for an additional fee. Virtual live training includes live training and coaching sessions plus additional online content and work between sessions.

Self-Paced Lean Training Online

Beginning your online Lean training journey is easy. After you register for a course online, you are immediately able to access the content and begin learning remotely. If you are interested in learning specific methodologies such as A3 Problem Solving or Value Stream Mapping, we have individual programs covering these topics. If you are interested in learning all of the methodologies and concepts of Lean and/or Six Sigma, we offer several certification programs.

Are you an organization looking to train a significant group of your own team members? We have added Enterprise Plans for organizations that would like to manage their own team members' course enrollment and learning paths using a dedicated site for their organization.
