Total Productive Maintenance

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is one of the most important tool-sets within Lean Manufacturing. It is key to achieving reliable equipment and thus operational stability. TPM is multi-faceted and includes concepts like Autonomous Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and team problem solving.
