Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Virtual Live)

Our virtual Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program is designed for team leaders, problem solvers, data analysts, and project team members in manufacturing, service, and healthcare organizations. Designed to meet the most current challenges facing organizations today, this program will provide participants with people and technical skills needed to contribute to and lead DMAIC projects and improvement efforts.
The program includes 9 weeks of interactive, instructor-led sessions plus self-paced online training and homework assignments in between sessions and one on one coaching. You will learn how to apply major methodologies of lean six sigma beginning with foundational team leadership and facilitation skills and then the tools of the DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) process. Certification requires the completion of a test and project in your own company – to reinforce the learning and achieve real results in your specific environment. This program results in a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt designation. To view our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program instead, click here. The program is accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification.
